Vacuum all carpets in Jack’s restaurant after each meal period. Clean all table bases and tables that are on the verandah. Clean all chairs in Jack’s and banquets. Empty, wash and sanitize all Jacks trash containers inside and out. Sweep and wash floors in back service area, in and around the bar and in front of the built in buffet. Deep clean Buffet and Omelet station. Clean windows and sills. Clean and polish all stainless steel surfaces according to standards. Wipe down areas where dust can collect. Clean and polish chafing dishes in Jack’s and Banquets. Must be able to lift between 15 and 20 pounds. Be able operate a vacuum cleaner. Be able to walk and stand almost the entire shift. All candidates must have the ability to speak, read, write and understand English.

Shift - Rotating shifts – days off will vary, must be available weekends and holidays
