Customer Service Representative - Full-time

Responsibilities:

* Provide our customers with solutions to meet their needs
* Receive Customer requests via phone and email
* Determine best routing for specialists
* Maintaining customer satisfaction
* Enter detailed orders in customized computer system

Skills/Qualifications:
* EXCELLENT Customer Service & Communication skills
* Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks
* Attention to quality and detail
*Bilingual a plus!

Schedules:
M-F 8:00-5:30PM and 1 Saturday a month, 8-4pm
