Positions in this function conduct and manage outcomes of various studies that include analyzing, reviewing, forecasting, trending, and presenting information for operational and business planning. They support short and long term operational/strategic business activities - by developing, enhancing and maintaining operational information and models. They also develop and implement effective/strategic business solutions through research and analysis of data and business processes.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Analyze, review, forecast, and trend complex data 
  • Present analysis and interpretation for operational and business review and planning 
  • Support short and long term operational/strategic business activities through analysis 
  • Develop recommended business solutions through research and analysis of data and business process and implement when appropriate 
  • Customer Service Skills

  • Generally work is self-directed and not prescribed.
  • Works with less structured, more complex issues.
  • Serves as a resource to others.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or HS Diploma/GED with 4+ years work experience 
  • 2+ years of experience managing provider and hospital accounts (Account Manager)
  • Knowledge of EDI Transactions: ANSI 837,835,270/271,276/277, NSF and Print Image Files
  • 1+ years Healthcare experience
  • 1+ years experience in provider service, provider issues resolution, customer service, or a combination thereof
  • Proficiency in provider and/or member practices, billings and revenue cycles
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience managing collections and aging reports for Medicaid products.
  • Project management skills
