Manpower is looking for experienced and professional Data Clerk Administrators who are able to work from home on a part time basis.
THE JOB IS FOR ANYONE WHO HAS STRONG AND RELIABLE INTERNET CONNECTION
THIS IS A 20 HOUR PER WEEK JOB PAYING $18 AN HOUR
This assignment is for a full year and your Internet service is paid for
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE SCHEDULE LISTED IS REQUIRED NO EXCEPTIONS!! AND THIS INCLUDES HOLIDAYS AS WELL. HOLIDAYS WORKED ARE PAID TIME AND A HALF!
HERE IS THE REQUIRED SCHEDULE TO BE WORKED
Monday- 5pm-9pm
Tuesday- 5pm-9pm
Wednesday- 5pm-9pm
Thursday-OFF
Friday- 6pm-10pm
Saturday-11am-3pm
Sunday-6pm-10pm
**POSITION is remote associate will need to use their own computer.

Job Requirements

EXCELLENT written and spoken Foreign/English skill set
Broadband Internet connection at your home
Familiarity with working in basic Internet related browsers and Email applications for responding to customers
Maintains liaison with other departments for customer satisfaction
Fantastic attention to detail
Proven ability to learn new software
Ability to maintain positive and professional attitude under all circumstances
Ensure customer satisfaction through adhering to policies, guidelines and procedures
Listen and read attentively to customer's needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy
Clarify customer's requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of the problem
Meet customer's requirements through first contact resolution
Solve problems that are sometimes unstructured and that may require reliance on conceptual thinking. Offer solutions to issues that are often non-standard/non-routine and require some clarification.
Effectively transfer misdirected customer requests to an appropriate party
Maintain broad knowledge of client products and services.
Bilingual skills are a big plus
Experience
3-5 years customer service experience preferred but not necessary
Associates Degree minimum
Excellent PC skills (Word/Excel/Email)
