We have a part-time/full-time opening for a Seeking Experienced BOH & FOH Food Service Staff For Healthcare Facilities.
Must be able to work various shifts per week and be available weekdays and weekends.
- Must have 1 or more years experience.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Background check required.
Requirements
We are looking for all hospitality professionals that have prior experience in a hospital or nursing home setting. The following are the positions that we are currently looking for, along with the specifications for each position. All positions are starting immediately, and lead to variable hours with a very prestigious hospital in the Greater Columbus Area.
* Food Service Workers - Ability to follow food preparation instructions. Experience with basic food preparation and handling skills. Able to clear trays and dishes when meals are over.
* Cooks - Experience in a high volume and fast paced kitchen atmosphere. Ability to follow both recipe and spoken instructions. Advanced knowledge of cooking meals to order, following specific dietary and allergy needs, and follow proper food safety instructions.
*Kitchen Utility - Ability to stand for long periods of time. Must have experience with a industrial dishwasher. Must be willing to do any and all duties requested by supervisor i.e. hand washing heavy pots and pans, putting dishes away, emptying trash, mopping floors and cleaning other work areas.
To work in a hospital with LGC, each employee will need of the following current and up to date shots and records:
* Tuberculosis Test
* Clean Nationwide Criminal Background (we will conduct)
* Clear Drug Screen (we will conduct)
