What you will be doing

• Greet and efficiently seating guests in a restaurant that is properly maintained
• Supervise all staff
• Maintain a courteous and efficient operation of the dining room

Requirements

• Knowledge of restaurant operations, guest relations
• Written and verbal English language communication skills
• The ability to remember, recite and promote the variety of menu items
• The ability to effectively solve customer complaints and concerns in a friendly and positive manner
• Must have strong customer service skills and availability to work on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays
• Must also be able to lift up to 20 pounds, stand for extended periods of time
• Able to communicate in English with guests and staff
