Automation Personnel is recruiting for a Claims Analyst for a carpet manufacturer in Chatsworth, GA to start immediately.

This position is for someone who can start immediately.

Duties:
Handle the processing of all commercial claims within specified area to resolve fairly and in a timely manner based on company policies
Answer phones with courteous and pleasant demeanor
Communicate effectively with manager in regards to handling claims problems and trends
Work Claims Que within timelines, deadlines, following company policies
Process freight claims, file and track
Follow-up with inspectors, correctors, and cleaners
Other duties assigned by management

Experience:
Experience in Carpet Claims or industry experience, ie installation, manufacturing etc. (Commercial Claims Experience Required)
Experience and knowledge in Credit, Accounts Receivable, and Customer Service
Experience with Word, Excel, and 10 key calculator. AS/400 a plus.
Excellent Verbal and Written Communication
Keyboarding of 50 WMP
Industry certifications a plus
