About Them

Our client is a highly-regarded architectural firm that specializes in designing K-12 school buildings. They have various office locations throughout Texas, and their Dallas office is looking to gain another supportive member for their growing team!

About You

The ideal Administrative Assistant is someone who is extremely reliable and detail-oriented. Our client is looking for someone with excellent MS Office knowledge, and they value accuracy over speed. The Administrative Assistant will be the first point of contact for the office, so you must be a positive representation of the firm.

Job Responsibilities

  • Greeting visitors

  • Answering incoming calls

  • Managing paperwork/contracts and filing

  • Correspondence with clients

  • Updating specifications for different projects

  • Basic level billing

  • Assist with contacting clients and potential clients to secure sales appointments for senior staff

    Job Requirements

  • Strong MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is required

  • Must have strong communication skills

  • Must be personable and friendly as the initial contact in the office
