General Manager
As a general manager at Taco John’s, the individual will be required to supervise the entire restaurant team to deliver effective results. He/she must make sure that the staff provides excellent guest service quality, fix the food cost according to the market, decide on the labor hours, and product preparation. The individual will also make staffing decisions such as hiring, training, disciplining, and scheduling along with his/her subordinates. The general manager is also expected to have communication with the area manager regarding business objectives and make recommendations to improve restaurant operations.
Skills Required:
- 1 - 3 years’ experience in Quick Serve Restaurant (QSR) industry/full service concept
- ServSafe certified preferred.
- Able to speak, read, and write effectively in English.
- Able to perform basic business math skills.
- Able to stand and walk for approximately 95% - 100% of shift.
- Able to lift and carry a maximum of 50 pounds.
- Able to work flexible hours
