Marketing Communications Specialist

Manpower is currently recruiting for a Senior Marketing Communication Specialist position for one of our clients in Waltham, MA! Job Responsibilities: *This is a project/program management position for (B2C) Business-to-Consumer direct marketing campaigns. *Creates communications programs that effectively describe and promote the organization and its products including graphics, brochures, company or product fact sheets, logos, or other promotional products. *Researches and develops content for publication of products. *Familiar with a variety of the fields concepts, practices, and procedures. *Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. *Performs a variety of tasks. *A certain degree of creativity and latitude is expected. *Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Requirements: *Requires a bachelors degree in area of specialty and 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. * Financial services backgrounds are a plus. *Work with the Integrated Campaign Management team in support of retail product campaigns; including: IRA, Brokerage and Managed Accounts. * Integrate and coordinate campaign development activities which include: creative development, content creation, targeting, channel optimization, compliance review, field readiness and measurement.
