This is a great after school or part time position, with one of the largest hotel operator in the world. A great first step into a Hospitality Career.This is a very guest interative position, Mon-Wed from 4:30PM to 8:30PM.
What you will be doing
- Greeting and efficiently seating guests in a restaurant that is properly maintained
- Supervising all staff
- Maintaining a courteous and efficient operation of the dining room
- There is a minimal amount of food prep included, but 80% of the time should be spend with guests and creating guest experiences.
Requirements
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, guest relations
- Written and verbal English language communication skills
- The ability to remember, recite and promote the variety of menu items
- The ability to effectively solve customer complaints and concerns in a friendly and positive manner.
