Customer Service Representative

A growing promotional products company is looking for professional, excited, motivated, fast typing and quick learning telephone sales associate to help drive growth.

Duties:

Taking 50 - 60 inbound telephone calls a day for the sales team.

Input sales orders

Handle inquiries and assist client with selection process.

Hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm

Requirements:

High school diploma (some college helpful)

Excellent Customer Service Skills

Clear communication skills; professional phone etiquette

Microsoft Office proficiency

Fast and accurate data entry

Basic mathematical skills

Problem solving and reasoning skills

Quick- learner for systems to make the calls.

Propensity for sales

High attention to detail and follow-up

Able to type at least 40 words per minute

(Bilingual-Spanish a Plus)

Pay: $12 per hour
