Primary Responsibilities:
  • Analyze, review, forecast, and trend complex data 
  • Review the analysis and interpretation of others work
  • Oversee ad-hoc client and operational reports developed and presented by others Present analysis and interpretation for operational and business review and planning Support short and long term operational/strategic business activities through analysis 
  • Develop and implement effective/strategic business solutions through research and analysis of data and business processes 
  • Reviews the work of others.
  • Develops innovative approaches.
  • Sought out as expert.
  • Serves as a leader/ mentor.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or HS diploma/GED with 3+ years of equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in an external client facing role
  • 2+ years of IT Technical Project Management experience
  • 2+ years of experience with all aspects of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • 3+ years of experience with data gathering/analysis and writing system requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Health Administration or a related field
  • Experience with HL7 interface analysis or design and proficiency with system architecture diagrams
  • Proficiency with:
    • SQL
    • CloverLeaf
    • Gap Analysis
