Primary Responsibilities:
- Analyze, review, forecast, and trend complex data
- Review the analysis and interpretation of others work
- Oversee ad-hoc client and operational reports developed and presented by others Present analysis and interpretation for operational and business review and planning Support short and long term operational/strategic business activities through analysis
- Develop and implement effective/strategic business solutions through research and analysis of data and business processes
- Reviews the work of others.
- Develops innovative approaches.
- Sought out as expert.
- Serves as a leader/ mentor.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or HS diploma/GED with 3+ years of equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in an external client facing role
- 2+ years of IT Technical Project Management experience
- 2+ years of experience with all aspects of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- 3+ years of experience with data gathering/analysis and writing system requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Health Administration or a related field
- Experience with HL7 interface analysis or design and proficiency with system architecture diagrams
- Proficiency with:
- SQL
- CloverLeaf
- Gap Analysis
