About this job
Collections positions available at North OKC client.
Duties may include:
- Contacting delinquent customers to collect past due payments and recoverable amounts
- Encourage the customer to make timely payments
- Identify potential opportunities for workouts in order to resolve the account's delinquency
- Handle accounts that are 60 to 180 days past due
- Make outbound calls and receives inbound calls as well
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of collections experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- High School diploma or equivalent
