Telemarketer

Norwalk, Ohio company seeking Inside Sales candidate.

• $15.00- $20.00/Hour Based on experience.
• Mon – Fri 8:30AM-5:00PM.

Duties include:

• Explain products or services and prices, and answer questions from customers.
• Serve as Product Specialist (Telemarketer +).

• Obtain customer information such as name, address, and payment method, and enter orders into computers.
• Record names, addresses, purchases, and reactions of prospects contacted.
• Obtain names and telephone numbers of potential customers from various.
• Answer telephone calls from potential customers who have been solicited.
• Telephone or write letters to respond to correspondence from customers or to follow up initial sales contacts.
• Maintain records of contacts, accounts, and orders.



Requirements include:

• Ability to handle high volume of outgoing calls to solicit current and prospective customers to buy chemical products.
• Experience in telemarketing preferred.
• Prescreening required.
