Retail Sales Associate

Cable contracting company needs sales associates. You will be selling cable, Internet, phone, and/or security services to current and new customers. You must be able to effectively communicate to customers while providing outstanding customer service. Training is provided but prior sales experience is required.

Previous cable or wireless sales experience is a plus. Advanced Cable has the opportunity to meet and greet potential new and existing customers in very high traffic retail locations. These locations are referred to as Store-Inside-A-Store locations. While we are working to grow these locations and partnerships, our primary partner at this time is Wal-Mart. This provides a unique opportunity to develop a sales pipeline that can be very large and profitable. The majority of our sales do not happen at the time you meet a customer, so following a detailed pipeline management system is key to successful sales production. You will not be required to be on the sales floor 100% of your working hours.

Job Description:

Demonstrate strong understanding of Comcast products, promoting and selling offerings to individual customers
Display thorough and recent competitive knowledge of features, benefits, product differences, pricing, and campaigns for video, high-speed internet, and phone services
Sales of cable, internet, and/or phone services to residential or commercial facilities
Assist customers and drive sales of Comcast's services including HDTV, high speed Internet, digital telephone, and security services.
Communicate and develops rapport with customers. Evaluates customer's existing and potential product needs and makes recommendations
Sell the best possible solution to meet individual needs and delivers superior experience to customers every day
Generate business through established and approved creative methods of lead generation. Implements effective sales closing techniques
Accountable for individual results and impact on team
Work with moderate supervision/guidance
Job Requirements:

Clean background required
Must be able to pass a drug test
Clean MVR and a valid drivers license
Basic computer skills
High School diploma preferred
Flexible work schedule
Possesses impeccable communication, organizational, and people skills, as well as strong customer service skills
