Main Event Entertainment is a fast growing Dallas-based company founded in 1998, operating family entertainment centers in the southern US. Team Service Responsibilities
- Greet guests and create a Fun and Memorable Experience
- Communicate with guests using clear and enthusiastic words, tone and body language at all times. Make guests feel appreciated
- Assist guests with all aspects of service
- Responsible for facilitating activities such as bowling, games, parties, banquets, and billiards depending on the department that a candidate may be hired to
- Maintain on an ongoing basis throughout the shift, the cleanliness of work location, public areas and service areas.
- Work with a team environment where the common language is Excellence
- Perform all applicable opening, mid-day or closing preparation, cleaning and maintenance duties according to the requirements of the shift worked
- Attend all scheduled meetings
- Perform other duties as assigned and/or directed by Company management

Requirements
- Must be a minimum of 16 years of age excluding Serving, where the minimum age requirement is 18 or
- Bartending, where the minimum age requirement is 21
- Possess and maintain a current knowledge of the Main Event facilities and activities; including the services and products for guest purchase
- Ability to operate computer, cash register and credit card verification equipment if required
- A minimum of 6 months prior job experience with cash handling and public interaction responsibilities is preferred
- Basic reading skills
- Attention to detail, strong organizational ability; ability to work under pressure amid distractions and interruptions
- Possess good guest relations abilities, outgoing and friendly manner, courteous and cooperative attitude, team oriented
- Knowledge of workplace safety procedures
- Well-groomed, neat appearance and must abide by the Main Event grooming standards
- Work nights Weekends and Holidays
