New Jersey MENTOR is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist(QAS) to ensure all quality of life needs are being met for individualsresiding in residential group homes. QAS ensures that all Department ofDevelopmental Disabilities and Agency regulations, OSHA regulations are up to licensingstandards. This individual will review consumer records and assurescompliance with licensing and Network standards, conducts investigations asrequired and supports incident reporting timeliness. The QAS also assists with corrective actions and serves as Quality Assurance (QA) liaison and communication funnel between and state offices to uphold the Agency’s philosophy.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree and 2-3 years of experience in social services field preferred.
  • Must have experience with Developmental Disabilities (DD) population
  • Familiar with residential state regulations; 10:44A & 10:44B
  • Must have excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Must be willing to travel throughout Central and North Jersey
