Responsibilities
- Primary point of contact once the loan has been registered and completed by the Loan Officer.
- Utilize mortgage processing software to document the customer's application information.
- Perform weekly follow-up and pipeline review with Loan Officer to discuss details of upcoming closings.
- Review documention prior to submitting loan to Underwriting.
Qualifications
- Experience managing a pipeline of 30+ loans.
- Must have knowledge reviewing income, asset, title, and appraisal documentation.
- Must understand agency guidelines.
- 3-5 years of mortgage processing experience.
