Clinical Documentation Coordinator needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Woodcliff Lake, NJ.


What You Need to Bring to the Table:



    - Provides coordination support for the Americas Clinical Outsourcing group
    - Administrative management for execution of CDAs, MSAs, contracts, and amendments. Responsible for the routing, tracking, and processing of legal documents pertaining to service provider services contracted for clinical trials
    - Process contracts and quotes for Clinical Trial Supplies.
    - Scan and email fully signed CAF for UK, which require US signature approval
    - Entry and maintenance of department central repository for contracts / amendments, e.g., QuickBase
    - Field internal customer / external service provider questions and requests, as necessary; takes initiative to follow-up on relevant issues and informs Associate Director of status
    - Schedule and coordinate meetings, maintain calendars, confidential correspondence, file management, coordinate travel arrangements, electronic expense report processing, process invoices and reconciliation, and ordering of office supplies
    - Serve as a liaison for the department in the resolution of day-to-day administrative issues
    - Handles confidential matters requiring discretion and judgment

    - A minimum of a High School diploma is required; an Associate's Degree preferred.
    - Four to six (4-6+) years of advanced administrative / documentation coordination experience required, in pharmaceutical industry and / or CRO environment
    - Must have strong organizational skills and excellent judgment and reasoning abilities
    - Individual must be customer and employee focused, able to multi-task, work under minimal supervision, and demonstrate resiliency and high productivity in a fast paced environment
    - Must have proficient computer skills with productivity tools, portal technology, Lotus Notes, and
    - Microsoft office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    - Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, exceptional
    - Interpersonal skills and ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with others
    - Prior experience handling sensitive and confidential information and documents is required.
