Class A CDL Driver - DIRECT HIRE* - Full-time / Part-time

We have an IMMEDIATE opening for a DIRECT HIRE position in the Pelham, AL area as a Class A CDL driver with local daily deliveries. Currently drivers return home every night 99.9% of the time.

This is a great opportunity for a candidate that is looking for a long-term career with a locally owned company.

Job duties and responsibilities may vary but will include:
Some physical labor such as stacking pallets and upright standards in an orderly fashion as to transport back to the facility
Occasionally stacking up of wood on site to reduce the space to leave new pallets
Use a motorized pallet jack and a lift gate trailer to unload deliveries

Requirements include:
Class A CDL License
Current DOT approved medical card OR be able to retain one
Good physical condition
Ability to work early
Ability to use motorized pallet jack and lift gate trailer
Drug screen and Background Check required.

The client is very accommodating and will allow this to be a part-time or full-time position based on the employee s preference!

The pay is $500-$1, 000 per week based on hours and routes.
