About this job
-Third party collections company that service banking clients (Chase, Citi, Wells Fargo, etc.) and consumers
-Handle loans (auto, mortgage, i.e.), credit cards, etc.
-Required to place 150 outbound calls per day and this is more of a hard collections position.
-There is one week of training, which includes shadowing a Lead Collector on the team and then they will begin shadowing the candidate once they are comfortable on the phones.
-Someone who can build relationships with the customers. - Customer Service Background is fine, as well
- The pay will be 15-16/hr depending on experience
