Inbound and Outbound Call Center
Job Description:
Making outbound calls and responding to incoming calls at a high volume.
Qualifications:
- Customer Service
- At least 1 year of recent call center experience
- High volume inbound and outbound calls
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
- Microsoft Office
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Data Entry
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to handle escalated calls
Education:
- High school diploma or GED
