Qualifications/Requirements:
1. BS degree in a Scientific field. Biology, Geology, Physics, Environmental Science, Geoscience.
2. Basic Computer skills with Microsoft Office.
3. Basic math skills - fractions, ratios, percentages, weight conversions.
Duties:
- Operate and troubleshoot lab equipment
- Support laboratory and production department managers. Run QC analysys to verify products meet the customer standards. This could include gloss, gel, cure time, hardness, viscosity.
- Operate small batch mixing equipment, 1 gallon or less.
- This position will include routine sample prep work, cleaning and basic physical property testing.
- Accurately record data and keep detailed lab notebook.
- The data generated is used to help fulfill the Technical Department's major accountabilities: product development, sales services and service to production
