MSE Branded Foods has openings for Management positions in the Food and Beverage concessions at Opry Mills Mall Food Court in Nashville, TN. Must be able to work varying shift(s) per week and be available weekdays and weekends.
Requirements:
Must have a minimum of 5 years experience.
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Must be authorized to work in the United States of America.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Must pass a background check.
Candidates will possess high volume quick service restaurant experience. Candidates must meet all requirements to be considered.
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Ensuring guest satisfaction.
Ensuring product preparation and quality meets all company and franchise standards.
Ability to meet company cost control standards.
Ability to train and supervise subordinate staff.
Ability to maintain safety and sanitation guidelines.
Understanding that the Guest is our #1 priority.
Requirements Qualified Candidates will possess:
Previous restaurant management experience.
Leadership ability.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Advanced education and/or training in hospitality management is a plus.
