Immediate opening for maintenance position for large community in KC, MO. 5 minutes from Lee's Summit. This is a great opportunity for the right candidates with a positive "go getter" attitude. Candidates must meet the following requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in mult-family housing.
Strong HVAC experience and certification.
Experience with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, pool, janitorial and appliance repair.
Available for "on call" rotation as well as possible overtime.
Need great detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills and professionalism with the residents and staff members.
Ability to work independently, prioritize work on a fast paced property.
Must provide own tools and vehicle with a valid driver's license.
Full time positions that offer competitive pay and benefits.
