Electrical Controls Engineer

**The candidate will be resposible for performing full scope, cradle-to-grave, design of motion control systems. This is not just updating, troubleshooting, and inspecting of PLC's. This individual needs to be able to design, integrate, and test the control system from scratch. They will be programming PLC's in Allen Bradley and other softwares, as well as completing all necessary Engineering documentaion that is associated.

Description:

-Electrical design of system and sub system level components

-Motion Control system integration , design and test with the creation of necessary motion control system software

-Control systems including I/O interface Devicenet, Allen Bradley Flex Blocks and PLC

-A/C & DC Power from high to low voltage

-Knowledgeable of system level of electrical schematics including interconnects & control electromechanical operations.

-Creation of new parts and parts lists (BOMs) for release

-Writing, review and updating of system test procedures and other related documents

-Documentation (ECO Creation, ECO Implementation, Engineering change review (ECR's) , assembly BOM's, Statement of work and procedures ect.)

-Support finding replacement for parts obsolescence

-8+ years experience in Controls/Automation/PLC engineering

-Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or related degree
