Description:
A start-up, medical device manufacturer in Woodinville, WA is looking for 2 qualified Assembly Technicians. These positions are required to assemble components into medical devices according to approved manufacturing procedures. Technicians will use a microscope approximately 30% of the time in order to complete small-part assembly. Both positions will be on the day shift and offer $15-17/hour depending on experience.
Other responsibilities for the positions are located below:
* Assemble prototype devices according to engineering work orders
* Execute all inventory management system protocols for material storage
* Maintain lot traceability
* Operate commercial production line within implemented Quality Management System per current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPS's, ISO9001/ISO13485).
* Handle production grade chemicals per quality and safety procedures
* Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
* Contribute to product/process development
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of medical device assembly experience
- 2 plus years of working with GMP
- Basic knowledge of lean manufacturing procedures
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work under a microscope
