Production Specialist - Assembly

Production Specialist : A broadly defined position that encompasses three levels of competency or skill development.

The first or entry level is for new hires to learn the product line, manufacturing process and philosophy, and perform certain workstations within required cycle times.

The second level requires the ability to complete sub-assemblies within specific tolerances, assembly of components requiring three or more sub-steps, and use of all hand and power-assisted tools.

The third level would require the ability to perform satisfactorily at all workstations, read blueprints and schematic drawings, identify problems, and instruct new employees.

Our company looking to expand our client's production line. Currently, they are looking to hire Mechanical Assemblers, Electrical Assemblers, Painters,and Material Handlers for their Redmond, WA location.
