Spend weekends and holidays with your family and friends. This is a temp to perm opportunity. Candidates must be able to work any shifts between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM CST. Candidate Profile
Successful candidates will be answering incoming calls from physician offices, members, and providers to verify patient information. Additional duties will include data entry and resolving customer service issues.
Candidate Skills
Problem solving ability, ability multitask and utilize multiple software screens efficiently and effectively. Must have strong computer and data entry skills. Excellent communications skills, highly professional, team player, and excellent customer service skills; as well as organizational skills. Insurance background and Medicare Advantage knowledge a definite plus.
