About this job

Luxury Residential projects all through out California, with the majority of our projects being in Los Angeles, currently ranging up to 80,000 SF.

Must have a MINIMUM of 3-5 years work experience in this field and be able to work on multiple projects at the same time and will work regularly with the core team and report to the Project Leader.

Please have a Interior Design portfolio ready to show

[] Coordinate with Design Director and Senior/ Project Designer to interpret Design Brief
and establish Mood boards.
[] Develop FF&E programming schedule/s working alongside Design Director.
[] Produce FF&E presentation boards and finishes for client presentation.
[] Maintain and organize material library.
[] Continually upgrade the library with new up to date information and update schedules of
suppliers and manufacturers and maintain this database.
[] Prepare Sample boards in conjunction with the design team.
[] Assist the Project Designer in preparation of the initial presentations and subsequent
design development presentations.
[] Assist the Technical Office in choosing the appropriate FF&E items from the Library in
consultation with the Interior Design team.
[] Work closely with the Project Designer in support of information required at Design
Review meetings.
[] Create full preliminary line item budgets and finishes schedules for all areas for
submission to the client.
[] Produce and maintenance of FF&E specification control books for all areas of the project
within the scope of work.
[] Produce with the project designer full finishes, ironmongery and sanitary ware
schedules.
[] Prepare and coordinate all FF&E documentation required for Tender and Construction
issues.
[] Inspection, pre-qualification and approval of manufacturers and suppliers
[] Assist in preparation of purchase orders
[] Assist the Commercial Department with the procurement process and be a link between
design and procurement.
[] Close liaison with the appointed FF&E or Fit-out contractor to ensure the project is
coordinated between the FF&E information and the Contractors information, and that all
client and operator requirements are implemented
[] Liaison with appointed sub-consultants such as lighting, graphics, landscaping to ensure
the overall design deliveries are carried through.
