Receive inbound calls and emails from customers and process and input orders into the system. Answers customer questions on product, and exact status of product order, handles questions on warranty issues, return policies, troubleshoots problems and issues, and communicates needs and updates to company team members. Researches issues and makes return calls with product updates as needed.
