Operon is currently hiring Medical Device Assemblers for our Customers in the North Central Massachusetts area! Assemblers will fulfill customer requirements, diagnoses problems, interpret drawings, complete documentation, all while adhering to safety, quality and customer specifications.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
* Read blue prints and work directions to put assemblies together
* Assemble finished units per customer specifications.
* Check completed parts to ensure compliance to ISO 14385 standards and make necessary adjustments when required in order to meet quality goals.
* Package products for shipment
* Maintain necessary records for all operations.
* Adhere to all environmental, health, safety rules and regulations, and work instructions
* Utilizes manual and automated lifting devices while adhering to product safety specifications.
* Organize and maintains spare parts inventory and orders spare parts as needed to fill customer orders
* Keep abreast of spare parts inventory locations for ease of order fulfillments.
* Perform preventive maintenance on area tooling according to schedules and follow preventive maintenance procedural requirements to ensure audit compliance.
