We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Billing Support Specialist.
Must be able to work various shifts per week.
Requirements
Prepares, verifies, and issues monthly billing to customers when necessary makes billing adjustments, data base updates and backups, and related account system interfaces. Assists with daily posting of meter activity, customer billing payments and other basic accounting functions. Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and operating systems and products. Experience utilizing an AS400 mainframe. Basic math skills and customer service skills required. Local utility client.
