This position is responsible for identifying T-Mobile products and services that can translate into unique and groundbreaking retail customer experiences. These experiences will offer our customers best in class experiences that embody the Un-carrier brand and attitude. In addition to executing Experiences for launch of each location, this person will deliver an ongoing roadmap that changes out at relevant times of year.This individual will also support local Flagship teams in delivering world marketing for each location. In this role, this individual will work not only with local partners, but corporate SMEs in Advertising, Brand, Event Production and Marketing to ensure cross functional alignment and support. Also responsible for reporting program results and performance of KPI's to leadership. Takes knowledge from working with the field to suggest and implement improvements to the way we run our business. This position plays a pivotal role in driving the strategy and execution of Flagship programs and is accountable for maintaining a high level of customer service and driving continuous process improvement on an ongoing basis. High degree of autonomy and ability to manage through ambiguity is required.* Identifies and delivers exceptional and unique customer experiences that bring our brand and signature moves to life* Works with multiple internal functions, external partners and vendors to deliver marketing and operational plans that drive business and foot traffic for Flagship locations.* Grand opening SME - leads all grand opening timelines, activities and event coordination for a subset of the Flagship locations.* In partnership with local Flagship teams, coordinates with internal Marketing resources to ensure there are robust marketing plans in place to support Flagship locations including advertising, event management, community relations and promotions. Ensures coordination with internal resources, budget management facilitates creative development, results measurement and communication to leadership teams.* Establishes key performance indicators, measures and delivers on objectives.* Oversees project plans, timelines and budgets as required.* Other duties/projects as assigned.

* 3-5 years' experience in developing and executing major events including technical production. Understanding of how to articulate a brand vision and message through external events* Passion, integrity and energy necessary to create and dynamic work environment necessary to deliver a world class shopping experience* Demonstrated understanding of great customer experience, retail-tainment and flagship environments.* Cross functional work experience including collaboration, networking and team work in a matrix environment* The ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends* Ability to work in a fast paced environment, able to consistently meet deadlines; strong interpersonal skills, willingness to accept and provide direction, ability to work independently while remaining a team playerPreferred* Experience Supporting Sales Organization* Experience in budget management and analysis preferred* Knowledge and experience with T-Mobile retail systems and proceduresEducation Bachelor's degree required
