This position is responsible for the development and execution of product merchandising in T-Mobile Flagship locations. This position will have direct responsibility for creating engaging and unique product displays, utilizing collateral, product demos and technology to engage and enthrall our customers leading to sales and traffic in these stores. This person will lead by influence a high number of cross functional partners from product and marketing to gain visibility to product and promotional roadmaps as well as build the processes to support ongoing merchandising updates in store. There will also be close collaboration with Field merchandising team to ensure the vision is executed consistently across locations and leads the channel in best in class retail displays. Works with OEM partners as well to bring key product stories to life. Requires competency in customer focus, change & innovation, strategic thinking, relationship building & influencing, talent management, and results focus.
  • Leverages Un-carrier approach to create visually engagement and brand appropriate environments.
  • Works with local Flagship leadership to ensure product is merchandised correctly and ensures integrity of the T-Mobile brand through consistent execution of Flagship vision and initiatives. Conducts store visits to train local stores partners, focusing on presentation standards, brand integrity and business opportunities. Also take input from local leadership to ensure continuous improvement and relevance.
  • Works cross functionally with internal product partners to build roadmap of merchandising changeouts based on upcoming product launches, Un-carrier moves and promotional/seasonal time periods.
  • Partners with Visual Merchandising team to create collateral that supports the merchandising solutions on time and on budget.
  • Works with internal operations partners to ensure all aspects of merchandising are supporting in store standards. Drives innovation discussions and projects to constantly up-level our merchandising with new tools and techniques.
  • Other duties as assigned.


  • 3-5 years' retail merchandising experience in a high end retail environment; comfort level and experience merchandising electronic/mobile technology, security solutions and packaged products.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment, able to consistently meet deadlines; strong interpersonal skills, willingness to accept and provide direction, ability to work independently while remaining a team player
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and cross functional team skills
  • Cross functional work experience including collaboration, networking and team work in a matrix environment
  • 3-5 years working with creative and production agencies, ability to brief in creative jobs to get customer focused collateral and displays
Preferred
  • Experience in budget management and analysis
  • Experience Supporting Sales Organization
  • 2 years' project/program management experience
EducationBachelor's Degree required
