If this describes you, we have a place for you at the Crowne Plaza Richmond Hotel. Part of Intercontinental Hotel Group, the Crowne Plaza Richmond Hotel is seeking energetic, enthusiastic Front Desk Supervisor to lead a team and provide great service and memorable experience to our guests.

Your responsibilities would include:

  • Assists the Front Office Manager with maintaining standards of guest service quality, and keeps staff informed of new policies and procedures;
  • Accommodate all guest requests in an accurate and efficient manner.
  • Handles guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Assists guests and resolves guest challenges to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
  • Accurately conducts all cash handling and credit card processing activities.
  • Accurately, audit, balance and report on all cash and credit transactions including checks, deposits, house charges, promotional materials, postings etc. in the hotel in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Performs any other job related duties as assigned.
