INGREDIENTS:

The combination of an energetic personality, strong work ethic, ability to communicate effectively, interest in management and restaurant industry and customer service skills are necessary for all of our managers. Our managers lead a diverse team in a fun environment while preparing an exceptional fresh sub to our customers. Flexible hours with the ability to work various open and/or close shifts are required.

PROCESS:

  • Responsible for running closing shifts and reporting to the General Manager
  • Manage employees schedule during your assigned shift
  • Handle all customer service issues and assist at all stations where needed
  • Follow all mandated store closing policies and procedures and communicate any concerns to management
  • Ensure store cleanliness and safety before leaving
  • Create a fun and rewarding work environment for our team every shift
  • Maintain a professional image and set a positive example to your team and our customers
  • Join our Pledge training program to learn management skills to advance in the Company

OVEN:

ESSENTIAL:

  • 18+ years old
  • High School Diploma or GED completion
  • Complete all required JM and PET policy and procedures store training and pass all required assessments in accordance with JM and PET management assessment guidelines.

EXTRA:

  • Interest or experience in restaurant/fast food management
  • Display leadership and initiative with a positive attitude to management, colleagues and customers.
