Job Description / Responsibilities:
Perform testing of high reliability RF electronic assemblies at Ka, Ku, X and C band frequencies. Perform test operations on systems and equipment in accordance with applicable test procedures. Troubleshoot and evaluate defective material for corrective action. Test and troubleshoot components, sub assemblies and systems using common test equipment, ie Signal Generators, Spectrum Analyzers and Network Analyzers
Requirements / Skills:
Skilled and knowledgeable in the operation of a network analyzer
Skilled and knowledgeable in the operation of a spectrum analyzer
Skilled and knowledgeable in the operation of a signal generator
Skilled and knowledgeable in the operation of a power meter
Skilled and knowledgeable in the operation of a oscilloscope
Skilled and knowledgeable in the operation of a digital multi-meter
Skilled and knowledgeable in the operation of automated test sets
Efficient verbal and written communication skills
Excellent analytical skills
Ability to read drawings
Work well under pressure to meet program goals
Resilient in the face of challenging situations
Qualifications:
Ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions
Qualified in the use of RF-Specialized test equipment as well as set-up and configure
Experienced in the key elements of "Units Under Test" for troubleshooting and supporting of other Techs
Able to compose technical reports and test procedures to support production / engineering
Should be a self starter dedicated to quality
