We have an immediate opportunity for a Processing Administrator in Pittsburgh PA.
The Processing Administrator will be responsible for setting up account information within specific business units and clients following specific process instructions. The Processing Administrator will work with various business units to handle exception processing, complete updates and ensures all accounts are opened/closed in a timely and accurate manner. They will enter data and set up domestic and global clients in various software applications from client services. They will also manage any changes or modifications and monitor/verify codes. The Processing Administrator receives correspondence via email or requests from core applications and responds to changes and modifies or sets up accounts with address changes, codes etc. The Processing Administrator reviews, verifies, evaluates clients' actions and escalates to manager any issues that need further investigation. Monitors various databases daily to ensure all changes are updated and modified in order to meet client performance standards and service level agreements and to minimize risk. Opens and enters applications from various countries involving intricate detail to ensure trades get processed in time. Involves understanding of foreign exchange and deadlines. Extracts information from numerous applications and runs reports, may also need to summarize information and provide to manager.

Requirements

* HS Diploma required * Associates Degree preferred. * Previous Office/customer service/banking experience. * Exp. opening accounts/customer service processing in a financial institution preferred. * Strong mathematical skills, detail oriented, customer service focused, organized, ability to meet deadlines. * Strong computer skills in EXCEL and MACRO processing and appropriate software applications. * Strong verbal communication skills.
