About this job


Handles daily activities, within our WM systems (Nulogy & Red Prairie), to ensure line set-up & productivity is contained in a consistent manor. A supervisor with maintaining our client's expectations through KPI's and contentious advances to our Co-Pack group over-all.





- Safety First, Report unsafe conditions to supervisor if they cannot be self-corrected

- 3rd shift, ability to work stated hours for position, to include OT as needed, as well as Mandatory OT

- Perform the duties to learn and cross train positions

- Maintain accuracy of jobs status

- Maintain positive KPI's and training as needed to achieve such





- Conduct training for new associates, as well as cross training of current associates





- Maintain legible and accurate records or logs as required





- Review documents prepared by associates of the work group, for accuracy and legibility





- Communicate work practices, procedures, and methods to associates as required





- Perform additional duties as assigned by management

- Ability to work in an high energy, rapidly moving work environment

- Ability to work different hours to ensure training as needed

- Ability to quickly re-direct work force in the event of a line shut down

- Ability to have work ready as needed to include passing off to the next shift

THESE POSITIONS ARE FOR 3RD SHIFT ONLY!!!!! HOURS ARE FROM 9PM-6 OR 7AM.

Will possibly train on 1st shift before moving to 3rd shift.
