About this job
As the shipping and receiving administrator you will be reporting directly to the Facility Manager and assisting the Warehouse Lead. Your duties will entail items from the following list and will grow as you grow with the position.
Skill Set & Duties
•Strong punctuality and attendance is required
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Answering of phone
•Self-starter, efficient, extremely organized and able to produce high quality work under pressure and in a timely fashion
•Extremely strong MS Excel skills
•Weekly time card fax to staffing company.
•Update and create reports.
•Filing of completed documents
•Update of LOAD Worksheets
o BL compile to LOAD status
•Printing of documents for any of our teammates
•Communicating with customers about their orders and scheduling their product pickup with shipping office & coordinating all information to Warehouse Lead.
