Staffmark is currently working with one of our premier clients in Bakersfield, CA . They are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual for the role of Office Coordinator/ Dispatcher

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:


Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

Attention to detail required.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Ability to work in various computer software programs

Preparing detailed shipping reports
Serving as the key facilitator between production and the customer

Working with various production locations to ensure product is ready for customer shipments

Creating a strong network of carriers to cost effectively ship all delivered customer orders in a timely manner

Ensuring the on time delivery of all customer orders

Keeping the customer updated as to various order statuses and delivery ETAs

Ensuring that vital order information is communicated clearly and timely to all critical parties

Other special projects related to transportation and customer service
