Discover is hiring for Part-Time Customer Service!

In this exciting part-time entry level customer service position employees work to strengthen our relationships with our valued Discover Card members. Awesome agents promote to a full-time Specialty Team within six to nine months!

In this inbound customer service position great candidates must have: A helpful and friendly customer service focused attitude. An ability to connect and engage, on a short phone call, with our valued Discover Card members. In this position employees will be responsible for relating to customers on incoming calls in an engaging, personable manner and proactively promote the Discover Card brand. All employees are required to handle calls to and from our cardmembers, speaking to the benefits and features of our products in a relevant way that gains the customers commitment to use their Discover Card on future purchases. Career oriented employees have the opportunity to move into positions of greater responsibility and compensation.

Qualifications

No Experience is Required! If you have provided GREAT Customer Service in any of the following areas, we would love to meet you:
• Retail
• Call Center
• Sales
• Collections
• Food Service
• Hospitality/Hotel
• Seasonal Jobs
• Fast Food

For this inbound Customer Service position great candidates must have:
A helpful and friendly customer service focused attitude.
An ability to connect and engage, on a short phone call, with our valued Discover Card members.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Be proficient at keyboarding/typing.
Thrive in a goal-oriented environment.
Excellent organizational skills.
A High School Diploma or a GED is a requirement for this position.

Work Schedule:
Part-Time 29 hours per week between the hours of 5:00-2:00 PM
Weekend and holiday scheduling is required to meet business needs.

Training for this position starts on May 4, 2015.
