Bank Operations Support Specialist

Manpower is assisting a local client in their search for a full-time permanent Bank Operations Support Specialist. Position Location: Marquette, MI The ideal candidate for this position, will bring to the Organization the following: *3- 5 years of Operational Banking experience which include the daily operations of banking applications to include loan and deposit procedures. *Strong customer service experience to provide our Banking end users with support for their questions regarding banking applications. *Excellent problem solving skills incorporated with ability to troubleshoot system questions. *Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in Excel, MSWord and attention to detail. *Knowledge of IBS system preferred with experience in statement processing *Ability to be flexible with work schedule to work beyond the normal 8am to 5pm schedule.
