We are seeking agents for an inbound customer service center. All of the clients we serve are among the largest in their industry.
On the spot interviews for those who qualify.
Job Duties:
* Answer inbound calls for either a Finance Company or a Healthcare company
* Determines customer needs
* Answer inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information
* Resolve problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions
* Researching and Implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems
* Keep equipment operational by following established procedures; reporting malfunctions
Required Skills/Qualifications:
o Customer focused, demonstrated customer service, Excellent listening and communication skills, phone skills a must
o Data entry skills
o Teamwork skills; ability to communicate with staff and customers
o Problem Solving skills, proven ability to think critically and multi-task
- Must be a minimum age of 18 years
