We are searching for motivated team leaders to assist the Manager and Assistant manager with the execution of operational, sales and merchandising objectives by providing outstanding customer service and leadership. You also have to promote a safe and productive work environment for team, customers and vendors.
Job functions:
- Promote mission and values of the company by setting the right example.
- Provide an excellent customer experience for all our customer and lead the staff to do the same
- Execute assigned responsibilities including but not limited to: Recovery, Merchandising, Cleaning, Selling
- Handle and resolve customer complaints/issues in a proactive manner which is fair, honest, and ethical
- Organize and prioritize workflow through the use of the daily planner. Execute the opening and closing check list in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure the security of the store and merchandise by promoting and practicing efforts to reduce shrink.
- Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs.
- Perform any other duties assigned
