We are Currently seeking a WarehouseCustomer support representative. This position will assist customers remotely with issues, receive inventory, fulfill orders and ship them, test new products/software that we are developing, and help maintain the warehouse to meet our standards for organization and neatness. We are trying to hire the right person for our company, whether they are coming in at an entry level or higher. We are willing to work with the right candidate.
-Fill Invoices in a timely manner so all shipments go out the same day the order was placed.
-Verify inbound and out bound shipments.
-Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse.
-Provide quality service to customers using clear communication skills.
-Be capable of being cross-trained in our Quality Assurance department to assist in testing when a deadline is approaching.
-Must be able to travel if needed. We like to have representatives from various departments when we attend shows or meetings. Travel usually consists of only during the week and happen about once a month. The people in each department rotate who goes. Trips include (but not limited to) Georgia, Ohio, Michigan, Las Vegas and Pennsylvania.
-Be knowledgeable regarding all Company products and services.
-Must be Proactive and able to get the job done. Someone who has the initiative to take a task to completion with out direct supervision at all times.
-Must have reliable transportation to work each day.
-Basic knowledge of Computers skill
