This is a very important support position with a variety of duties. One of the most important tasks of this position is ironing and steaming dresses for weddings. Attention to detail is critical. We pride ourselves in having superior customer service as it is the reason we are so successful. We deliver top quality dresses by today's best designers and they must look perfect for the wedding ceremony. Our goal is happy brides who will refer our store to everyone they know. This position is also responsible for a variety of duties such as receiving and shipping of merchandise, answering the telephones, assist with tux rentals, helping the sales consultants, etc. It is a very busy store that requires prioritizing multiple tasks under pressure, teamwork, high energy and low drama. At the end of the day, the most important responsibility is providing exceptional customer service. You will have the opportunity to work with a great team and learn the bridal industry. Being confident, outgoing, reliable and flexible are important. Must be a good communicator. Must be able to work weekends and we're open 11:00am at 8:00pm weekdays.
Ideal Candidate:
* Customer service experience helpful
* Flexible schedule
* Must be confident.
* An excellent communicator with high energy and an outgoing / friendly personality who likes working with people.
* Must work well in a team environment Must juggle multiple tasks. For example, occasionally, if the store is very busy, you might answer the phone while ringing up a sale and greet customers with a smile as they enter the store.
* Have a good fashion sense and professional appearance with an interest in weddings and fashion.
* Must be very accurate and neat with close attention to detail ! (we can't order the wrong size dress!).
* Punctual, Reliable
* High school diploma Bi-lingual a plus.
* Physically able to work on your feet while moving around the store all day and able to carry wedding gowns.
