DISH’s Manufacturing team ensures the high quality production, repair and shipment of millions of satellite receivers, remote controls, broadband and telecommunications products.  Located at state-of-the-art facilities in El Paso TX, Spartanburg SC, and Englewood CO, DISH uses advanced diagnostic systems and automated equipment to test, refurbish and distribute hardware to subscribers and resellers across the nation.

 

The Manufacturing Clerk performs a variety of intermediate administrative and research functions.  This includes problem solving and processing requests for both internal and external customers.

  • Maintains predetermined productivity levels for processing requests and/or orders.
  • Interacts with subscribers regarding returns and/or requests.
  • Completes correspondence with subscribers and management.
  • Researches and compiles information regarding inventory. Utilizes various research materials such as website tracking systems, serial numbers, memos, etc.
  • Ensures resellers/ subscribers meet requirements for on-going administrative programs (rebates, returns and other tasks as assigned).
  • Assists with completing weekly status reports related to overall departmental metrics and process efficiency.
  • Follows up with subscribers/resellers on escalated issues by correcting and/or resolving problems and determines if further elevation of issues is required.
  • Performs special projects and/or assignments of moderate complexity as assigned.
  • You must be able to work Monday - Friday 7:00 AM – 4 PM or 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (in addition to overtime as required).
